We are now living in information times, people need amount of storage space to save their data, like documents, pictures, videos and so on.

So, IC cards become more and more popular in storage area. It’s small and light, the price are not very high, easy to use. And the read and write speed is fast. Also, there are many forms to choose, every type of IC card can be used on different 3C productions, like SSD and USB are used on computers, laptops; like TF cards are used on watches, phones, and drowns; like SD cards are used on cameras and DVRs.

Now, let’s see how does the chips be made. The full process of making chips include those steps: Chips Design, Chips Production, Encapsulation, Testing and so on. However, the most complex of those process which is the Chips Production, because it needs a complete clean surroundings, even more cleaner than hospital. And the mechanical equipment are more expensive than others. People who is working for this step are more professional than others.
